PRE-PRODUCTION / DEVELOPMENT

Our team assists with a wide range of pre-production and development services tailored to a client's specific needs, including budgeting, story development, and other essential tasks to set up your project for maximum success.

 

PRODUCTION

Adept.Productions co-produces and provides production services for a range of budgets up to and beyond $100 million dollars, including low-budget independent projects. We create and manage the single purpose entities and setup the infrastructure for each production, including the following: Union and guild signatory, payroll and ACA setup, and sexual harassment training, COVID-19, fraud, safety training, among others. Adept.Productions is a signatory to the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts (IATSE) and Teamsters. We facilitate productions with obtaining signatory status for the SAG/Aftra/WGA and DGA. We work directly with the financiers (studio/production company) and the producers on all of our projects.

 

ACCOUNTING

With a full finance department, we provide oversight on our projects for “run of show.” Our services vary per project, but can include  the following components: A/R, A/P, cost reporting, tax credit filing, and audit preparation. Additionally, our in-house post accounting team continues to manage reporting and spending throughout post-production and until final delivery.

INSURANCE

We set up and administer insurance policies specifically tailored to a client's needs and provide recordkeeping for insurance documents.

 

TAX CREDIT & MINIMUM GUARANTEE FINANCING

Adept.Productions offers industry leading expertise in production financing. Position your project to receive the highest value for your tax credits.  We help you ensure a leading position with lenders to secure the financing you need.

 

DELIVERY

We provide all legal deliverables based on the contractual delivery requirements provided by the studio or production company. We oversee this process from the very beginning of production until its completion to ensure a smooth delivery.

RESIDUALS

We process and administer residuals payments that are both accurate and processed in a timely and efficient manner.
