MEET THE TEAM

DANA POLLITT

Founder - CEO

Dana Pollitt is the Founder-Executive Producer and Chief Executive Officer for Adept Production Services, Inc. Raised in Southern California, with stops in between, Dana moved to New York City in 2004 to serve as Executive Producer of a New York City-based production company.  His many roles have included managing talent, pursuing funding for projects, and producing numerous television commercials and streaming content for clients. 

Dana also serves as the managing partner for Adept Marketing, a leading South Florida-based advertising, marketing, and public relations agency. As a serial entrepreneur and business developer, Dana plays a key role in making sure everything runs seamlessly with clients from the beginning to the end and everything in between.

Dana currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his 5-year-old daughter. She also happens to be in the entertainment industry herself and is currently represented by World of Kids Agency. Her work to date has included Carter’s, JNBY for Kids, Sanmar, Newell Brands-Baby Jogger and JCPenney. They enjoy spending time at the park or a day at the beach with friends and family.

ANDY WHEELER

Producer - Chief Financial Officer

With 30+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, Andy brings a strong background, formidable film industry relationships and an exceptional skill set to his role as CFO.  Andy is focused on directing the Adept.Productions financial services group that supports studios and producers with their development, production, and post accounting needs.

It was back in 1991 that Andy began his entertainment career as an Assistant Accountant of Fox Televisions "America's Most Wanted.” Since then, producers, studios, bond companies and networks have trusted Andy on a wide variety of projects, including the following films and television shows:

In addition to his production accounting experience, Andy has worked in a variety of other professional industry roles. As former CFO of the entertainment and management company Prospect Park, Andy launched The OnLine Network (TOLN) with original productions of One Life to Live and All My Children. Andy has also worked as Executive Producer of Ocean Drive Magazine's television show for Barry Diller's City Vision Network; CFO of the Management Company New York Office; Manager of Production Accounting at National Geographic Television, and Line Producer and Production Manager on a multitude of shows, including HBO’s Comedy Live Series, Unsolved Mysteries, Sightings, and America’s Most Wanted. 

 

Furthermore, Andy has served as Producer of national and regional commercials for national and multinational companies like Coca Cola, Home Depot, Dove, Subway, and National Gas. 

 

Originally from the Town of Corning, New York, Andy currently resides in Wilton Manors, Florida and Asbury Park, New Jersey with his always supportive partner of 22 years, Tommy Papantonio, and their dog, Mary Rose (Aka M.R.)

STEPHANIE ROSENDORF-DIAZ, ESQ.

Legal Counsel - Corporate Communications

A nearly lifelong Floridian, Stephanie grew up in Coral Springs in Northwest Broward County, graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and subsequently attended college at Florida Atlantic University followed by the University of Miami School of Law. Since graduating and passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2016, Stephanie has worked in both the public and private sectors, and she brings a fresh perspective and approach to law, policy, communications, and strategy in her position as our legal counsel.

 

Stephanie's professional services for Adept.Productions include preparing short form and long form agreements for clients, this includes contractual agreements, negotiations, drafting and reviewing location and appearance releases, and providing advice and counseling on various matters involving project development, production, distribution. 

Stephanie is also the creator, founder, and author of Sopranos Blueprint, a blog dedicated to HBO's The Sopranos. So, in true form, you can think of Stephanie as the Adept Productions consigliere. She currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with her husband Daniel and their dog Tito, a lovable Corgi-Belgian Malinois-Terrier Mix rescue dog.

JULIANNE HAUSLER

Executive Producer-Producer

 

Julianne Hausler founded multi-faceted production and literary management company NY Office (NYO), in 1998 to provide opportunities and advocacy for Writers, Directors, Cinematographers, Designers and Editors. As a manager she has cultivated clients from the USA, Western and Eastern European countries and transacted projects with Sony, Focus Features, Universal, Imagine Entertainment, Warner Bros, Lions Gate, Fox Searchlight amongst others. As a producer her work has screened at the Sundance Film Festival, the Goteburg Film Festival, the Rotterdam Film Festival and Mass Moca. At NYO she developed a keen eye for emerging talent and shepherded the careers of numerous award-winning Writers, Directors, Designers and Editors.

 

Julianne has cultivated an extensive career independently producing and managing for film, television and internet content over the past 10 years. She is intent on developing and producing award winning podcasts for the North American and International market and in that time, she has collaborated as a creator and producer of The Thieves of Manhattan and Shitshow; both the inspiration of novelist and essayist Adam Langer. The Thieves of Manhattan is a scripted podcast based on Adam Langer’s best-selling novel and starring Molly Ringwald, Michael Zegen, and Kathleen Turner (currently in production). Shitshow is a non-fiction podcast that takes a forensic look at some of the most spectacular theatrical failures based upon Adam’s noted NY Times essays.
